As Chief of Staff at FTR, Helen collaborates closely with the Chairman and executive leadership to drive company initiatives and strategic objectives. She serves as a key liaison between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the organization. She also supports both internal and external project planning and execution, helping to bring FTR's vision to life.

She has been with FTR since 2007, holding various roles across the company. Most recently, Helen was Vice President of Client Relations, where she focused on enhancing client experiences and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. Her background includes experience in financial management, hiring, event planning, sales, client services, and communications.

She is a proud graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a Bachelor of Science in Management. As a remote employee based in Florida, she enjoys year-round sunshine and spending time with her family. Go Seminoles!
